Rylee Hinton joined The PICTOR Group in 2026, bringing to the organization a unique blend of high-level competitive experience, strategic acumen, and a proven track record of excellence in demanding environments. As a student-athlete at the University of Illinois, Rylee competed at the highest levels of collegiate volleyball, and her career was marked by consistent displays of excellence, leadership, and resilience. 

Following her time at the University of Illinois, Rylee pursued graduate education where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. Her legal training provides her with an understanding of governance, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and strategic counsel. These skills directly enhance her ability to guide intercollegiate athletics programs and conferences through complex institutional challenges. 

Rylee's path to business leadership reflects the same disciplined approach that defined her athletic career: strategic thinking, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to building championship-level teams and organizations. She brings to The PICTOR Group a deep understanding of intercollegiate athletics, the environment, the stakeholders, and the challenges that drive our clients. 

Rylee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. Her experience as both a high-level competitor and an emerging business leader informs her belief that excellence is not a destination but a continuous commitment to growth, collaboration, and impact.
